- Not responding to traditional wound care

- Wounds with active cancer
- Infected wounds (treatment must wait until antibiotics are completed)
- Wounds previously treated with membrane wrap on the same area within the last 12 months
Physician referral

- Hospital or SNF discharge orders
- PCP or Medical Director of Hospice or Home Health
- Provider CANNOT see the patient until this signed referral is obtained.
